    Important Facts about Bonds

    • YOU have to sign and seal your bonds or you will be disqualified (original signatures)

    • WE have to sign and seal your bonds or you will be disqualified (allow adequate time for transportation)

    • Costs: In addition to the annual fee and the $250 each charge for tender bonds here (Bid Bond and/or Agreement to Bond) you will be forwarded to an online payment system to allow for payment by credit card.

      Finals bonds likewise can be paid by credit card but you will be given an invoice first. PLEASE COMPUTE YOUR PERFORMANCE AND OR LABOUR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND COSTS IN ADVANCE OF TENDERING SO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TO BUILD INTO YOUR ESTIMATE.
