Standard Bond Rates

Prequalification

When attempting to be prequalified on projects frequently the owner requires a letter confirming your 'bondability'. For those qualified under our program we can provide such a letter at a cost of $150.

Tender Stage

At tender stage you may be asked for a Bid Bond and/or a Surety's Consent or Agreement to Bond. These docuemnts can be provided at a cost of $250.

Contract Stage

Once you are awarded a contract you may be asked to provide a Performance Bond or a Performance Bond and Labour & Material Payment Bond. By inputting the contract value below and following the questions in the calculator you can obtain your bond premium which you should build into your estimate.

All bond charges are payable by Credit Card prior to release of the bonds from our office.
